Plant Head
Senior Leadership Role — Lead and manage the entire pharmaceutical intermediate manufacturing plant operations. Oversee Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Stores, Maintenance, EHS, and Utilities departments. Ensure all operations comply with cGMP, environmental, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for plant operations, production planning, and target achievement
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, CDSCO, and other regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor department heads across Production, QC, QA, Stores, and Maintenance
• Drive continuous improvement, yield optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
• Manage plant P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Oversee EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance and KSPCB norms
• Coordinate with R&D for technology transfers and scale-up of new products
• Handle regulatory inspections, audits, and customer visits
• Ensure timely delivery of products to clients including Sun Pharma, Micro Labs, MSN Labs

Execute chemical reactions, monitor reactor operations (charging, heating, cooling, distillation, filtration), maintain batch production records (BPRs), and ensure cGMP compliance during rotational shift operations.

Carry out process development, route scouting, and reaction optimization for pharmaceutical intermediates. Perform multi-step organic synthesis at lab and kilo-lab scale, conduct analytical characterization (HPLC, GC, NMR), and prepare technology transfer documents for scale-up to production.
